  1. Shipping within Germany (Zone 1):
  • Order value under 180 €: Shipping costs of 9 €.
  • Order value from 180 €: Free shipping.
  • Magnum (1.5l) and double magnum bottles (3.0l): Additional shipping fee of 4 € per large format, regardless of order value and quantity.
  • Package size: 0.375l and 0.75l are sent in packages with up to 12 bottles, 1.5l in packages with up to 3 bottles and 3.0l in packages with max. 1 bottle.

 

 

  1. Shipping to Zone 2 (Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland):
  • Shipping costs: 19,50 € per package.
  • Package size: 0.375l and 0.75l are sent in packages with up to 12 bottles, 1.5l in packages with up to 3 bottles and 3.0l in packages with max. 1 bottle.

 

  1. Shipping in zone 3 (Italy, Spain):
  • Shipping costs: 24,50 € per package.
  • Package size: 0.375l and 0.75l are sent in packages with up to 12 bottles, 1.5l in packages with up to 3 bottles and 3.0l in packages with max. 1 bottle.

 

 

  1. Shipping to zone 4 (Switzerland, Albania, Belarus, Bosnia, Faroe Islands, Greenland, Iceland, Moldova, Montenegro, Northern Macedonia, Serbia, Ukraine, Finland, Sweden, Bulgaria, Estonia, Greece, Ireland, Croatia, Lithuania, Malta, Portugal, Romania, Cyprus):
  • Shipping costs: 29,50 € per package.
  • Package size: 0.375l and 0.75l are sent in packages with up to 12 bottles, 1.5l in packages with up to 3 bottles and 3.0l in packages with max. 1 bottle.

 

General information:

  • Shipping company: Shipping is insured and via DHL.
  • Packing stations are not delivered.

 

Order process and shipping confirmation:

After you have placed your order in our online store, you will automatically receive an email confirming that we have received and are processing your order. Once your package has been picked up by DHL, you will receive another email that serves as a shipping confirmation. This email contains your tracking ID for package tracking as well as the invoice for your order.

 

Note on customs and import fees:

Please note that for orders shipped to countries outside the European Union (EU), additional customs and import fees may apply. These fees vary depending on the country of destination and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend that you check the applicable customs regulations and import duties in your country before placing an order.
